Installation Instructions

1. Install the app from the Zendesk Marketplace.

2. Open any Zendesk ticket to access the app panel on the right side of the screen.

3. Click the registration link in the app to sign up at: dashboard.appdash.com

4. After registration:
‍
        - Click the "Authorize Zendesk" button in the dashboard to connect your Zendesk account.

       - This starts Zendesk's Global OAuth flow
‍
       - Follow the prompts to grant access to the AppDash app

5. Configure Reddit integration:

        - Choose subreddits and keywords to monitor

        - New Reddit posts matching your settings will appear in Zendesk as tickets
